Weld Food Bank. Weld Food Bank is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization which alleviates hunger and poverty by providing food and services to people in need. We are a private non-profit organization and are not a part of county government.

The Senior Nutrition Program provides nutritious and delicious lunches for seniors served at twenty-three sites throughout Weld County. Social and educational opportunities are also available before and after meals.

Colorado WIC is the special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants and children. WIC provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, healthy food, and other services free of charge. WIC is for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under age 5.

WCDPHE is committed to improving the health of everyone, including those that suffer chronic diseases associated with a lack of healthy eating and active living (HEAL) opportunities. HEAL efforts focus on the built environment, and policies and systems that have a strong influence on health.
