What are Scorecards?

Scorecards are collections of performance indicators that relate to a particular organization, program, or geographic area. Scorecards are linked to either a focus area strategy map or an individual organization. Multiple scorecards can link to one strategy map, and one scorecard can provide data for multiple strategy maps. Scorecards display trends in data that help agencies identify where progress is being made and where greater efforts are required, and provide the public with an easy-to-understand snapshot of the current state of health and wellbeing in our communities.

Scorecards always contain objectives, measures, and data points, yet allow organizations a great deal of freedom in choosing how to organize and display their information. Below is a section of the Thriving Weld Healthy Eating scorecard.
